Waste Management

RPBC shall segregate all waste generated during the construction activities, based on the type of material. The following categories shall be used: Recyclable (e.g., plastic, wood, paper), domestic (e.g., kitchen), hazardous (e.g., contaminated soil), construction debris (e.g., brick, unsuitable soil). All waste shall be transported to the appropriate area as designated by the Client.

Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) will be provided for all hazardous materials and kept on site. In addition, a hazardous material inventory will be maintained on-site.

All liquid effluent will be disposed of through the Waste Management Contractor at the construction effluent treatment plant.

All waste shall be clearly labeled in English.

Construction waste shall be categorized into 3 categories.

Domestic Waste shall be classified into 7 types.
